Tarun Prashanth
Chief Executive Officer ( CEO )
Tarun Prashanth is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AstaLynx Global. Tarun is an experienced businessman with years of experience in the Life Sciences industry. Tarun is in charge of setting and executing the company’s vision. In collaboration with the operational leaders of the company, Tarun strives hard to ensure that our clients get the highest levels of production quality. Tarun completed his B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
Manu Syriac Mathew
Vice President Operations and Quality
Manu Syriac Mathew is the Vice President of Operations and Quality at AstaLynx Global. He provides leadership for processes and oversees activities in operations, finance, contract management, legal, human resources, quality assurance and administration. Manu has over 15 years of combined experience in the biotechnology, CRO, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining AstaLynx Global, He worked at Lotus Labs (Currently Teva), Norwich Clinical Services, iMEDGlobal (currently ClinChoice) and Alvogen in diverse areas ranging from quality to operations management.
Mr. Manu has an MSc in Biotechnology from Bharathiyar University-Coimbatore, India, Executive MBA in Healthcare Management from Medvarsity-Hyderabad, India. He is an IRCA & CQI approved ISO 9001:2015 Lead GCP/GVP Auditor and holds PRINCE2 Project Management, Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
Dr. Raghavendra Reddy
Vice President (VP) Global Delivery
Dr. Raghavendra Reddy joined AstaLynx Global in India in May 2020. He comes with more than 15 years of healthcare experience supporting pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare innovators. At AstaLynx Global, Dr. Reddy manages operations across all the delivery centers, leading teams for several large-, mid-, and small-sized clients. Under his leadership, the operations are seamlessly delivering on-time with the desired quality for all our clients.
Before joining AstaLynx Global, Dr. Reddy has helped pharmaceutical clients meet their needs in their clinical and post-marketing safety initiatives during his time in Cognizant, Quintiles and iMedGlobal. His domain expertise and leadership style has led to several collaborative engagements with our clients. Dr. Reddy holds a medical degree from Bangalore University, India.
Glenn J. Williams
Legal Counsel
Glenn Williams is a co-founder and the Managing Partner of Williams, Graffeo & Stern LLC. Glenn provides comprehensive business law to companies across multiple industry verticals from startup/early stage to established multi-nationals. Glenn brings a general counsel’s unique perspective and keen understanding of business and the law to clients of the firm. He is experienced in growing businesses, including organization, financing, mergers & acquisitions, business development, commercial agreements, human resources, and corporate governance, as well as in various aspects of technology. Glenn obtained his JD from Seton Hall University’s School of Law.
Hernan Barona
Head of Finance- US
Hernan is a highly experienced finance professional helping companies by providing specialized accounting and tax services. He excels at activities such as FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, cash flow allocation, accounting, and tax planning, to name a few. He received his Masters in Accounting from Colorado State University. During his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Jaya Vinay
Head of Finance-APAC
Jaya is a highly experienced finance professional heading up finance operations in the APAC region. Her primary responsibilities include ensuring that processes and systems are in place and compliant, as well as the standardization of day-to-day finance operations. She has years of experience working as a finance and accounting professional in the Information Technology space and continues to apply her wealth of knowledge to ensure the compliance of AstaLynx’s financial processes.
